Our Rates:

*Nightly/Weekly Rates include the first 2 adults and 2 children. There will be an extra per person fee of $3 per person per night if you have over said amount.

     $40 Nightly Sites, FHU

     $240.00 Weekly Sites, FHU (based on 7 nights, you get 1 night free!) 

**Our extended stay/monthly rates are based on 2 Adults per site. There will be an extra fee per Adult per month. (Monthly/extended stay guests are for Adults only.  Children/grandchildren are welcome for no more than a week at time.  Guests must notify Management as there will be an extra fee per person.)

     Monthly Full Hook Up (ELECTRIC INCLUDED!):

          $525 for 30 amp

          $575 for 50 amp

     (Extra Monthly Adult is $30.00)

**We require a $200.00 NON Refundable Deposit for our Monthly/Extended Stay Sites.  For more information, please see our Cancellation Policy Page.

**There is a 3% Surcharge on all Credit or Debit cards. This is No greater than the fee the company charges us for processing.

**If you choose to pay cash or check for your monthly rent, we do require a credit card on file for security purposes.

**We impose a surcharge on Credit Cards that is NOT greater than our cost of acceptance.**
